QuackWards is a private, family-use application. This notice explains what information is collected and how it's used.

What we collect

• Parent account: name (derived from your email), email address, and family name.
• Child profiles: nickname, age, and gender, entered by the parent.
• Activity data: chores completed, duck balances, reward redemptions, and related history — all tied to your family account.

How it's used

Solely to operate the app for your family: tracking chores, awarding ducks, and managing reward redemptions. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Supabase handles account sign-up, login, and password security. We never see or store your password ourselves.
• Resend delivers account confirmation emails on our behalf.

Both providers process data only as needed to provide these services.

Cookies

We use two session cookies, strictly to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Children's information

Child profiles are created and managed entirely by the parent account holder. Children do not create their own accounts or provide information directly.

Your control over your data

You can edit or delete a child's profile at any time from the dashboard, which removes their associated history. To delete your entire family account and all associated data, contact the site administrator.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised notice.
